We offer all our hosts payouts  – cutting out extra paper work and hassle for you.

The management fee (from 19.5%) covers a wide range of activity both during your account set up, and on an ongoing basis. For this, AirUs will:

• Automatically restock your home (toiletries, cleaning products) whenever supplies run low.
• Handle all the steps to get your listing live.
• Handle all booking enquiries promptly.
• Vet all guests.
• Help guests with any enquiries, 24/7, during their stay.
• Coordinate all housekeeping and linens.
• Organise & coordinate any emergency maintenance work on your property.
• Cleaning checks to ensure cleaning is always at a high standard.
• Optimise your pricing using our market knowledge and smart algorithms.

Complete start-up fee:

Unique property description, professional photography, price optimisation & listing creation uploaded to hundreds of platforms worldwide:

1 bed property | £250.

2 beds property | £300.

3 beds property | £350.

4+ beds property | £400.

Security:

• A 4-digit combination lock box with shackle features & metal body for durability – this adds complete flexibility and a hassle free check in process to guests.

The cost: £30 (installation included)

• 24/7 live monitoring for an additional 3% of you total monthly income.

Before the property listing is live, we advise a one off deep clean from the host to start the process.

Guest related issues | Absorbed by either AirUs or Host – case specific.

Example of AirUs absorbed case: If a guest forgets to leave keys in the lockbox upon check-out, AirUs will absorb the cost of couriering keys out and will reclaim the cost from the guest or Airbnb through the Resolution Centre.

Example of Host absorbed case: If the boiler breaks down during a guests stay, AirUs will absorb the cost of fixing the issue from a certified gas safety engineer and will reclaim the cost from the host. AirUs will give the Client the option to make own repairs from his/her preferred company.
