AirUs can support eligible short-term let owners with the process of moving a qualifying property from Council Tax to non-domestic rates.
This includes liaising with the local assessor or council, preparing supporting information and applying for relevant rates relief where available. For qualifying properties, business rates relief may significantly reduce the ongoing local tax cost.
This service is quoted separately based on property size, council area and complexity.
AirUs cannot guarantee reclassification or rates relief. Final decisions rest with the relevant assessor or local authority. Scotland only.
