Prepares properties between guest stays and ensures cleaning checklists are followed to standard.
Cleaning Manager
Oversees cleaning teams, manages schedules and performs quality checks to maintain property standards.
Operations Manager
Coordinates day to day running including property readiness, maintenance oversight and team management.
Guest Support Advisor
Handles guest communication before, during and after stays and resolves guest issues quickly.
Client Manager
Acts as the main contact for property owners and provides regular updates and ongoing support.
Photographer
Captures high quality property photography for listings and marketing materials across the portfolio.
