AirUs runs as a commercial property management company with a defined social contribution framework. Each year, 3% of company net profit is allocated to a nominated charity aligned with housing stability and community wellbeing.
Allocated to a nominated charity at the close of each financial year. Calculated after running costs and tax liabilities have been accounted for.
The allocation is made at company level and does not affect owner fees, guest pricing or management arrangements. This ensures the contribution remains sustainable, transparent and financially accountable.
Shelter Scotland provides advice, support and advocacy for individuals and families facing housing insecurity across Scotland. Their work focuses on homelessness prevention, tenant rights and improving access to safe housing.
The nominated charity is reviewed annually to ensure continued alignment with housing and community stability.
At the end of each financial year, company profits are finalised and the contribution is confirmed.
Company profits are finalised at the close of each financial year.
3% of confirmed net profit is calculated and allocated to the nominated charity.
The nominated charity for the year is publicly confirmed.
This page is updated annually to reflect the confirmed charity and contribution.
The AirUs social contribution initiative is funded entirely from company profits. Owner returns and management arrangements remain fully unchanged.
The contribution is sourced directly from AirUs company profits, not from management fees or day-to-day budgets.
Management fees, running costs and guest pricing are not affected by the social contribution allocation in any way.
Property-level performance and owner returns are entirely independent of the company-level contribution model.
The contribution exists at company level and forms part of AirUs's annual financial review and reporting process.
The nominated charity and confirmed contribution are reviewed and updated after each financial year to ensure clarity, transparency and accountability.
This page will be updated annually to reflect the current nominated charity and confirmed contribution amount.
